British Airways passenger appears in court after 'getting on airplane while drunk'

A British Airways passenger has appeared in court accused of getting on a plane while drunk.
Meghna Kumar, 30, faces a single charge of entering an aircraft when drunk, after an incident on April 9 this year.
It is said to have taken place on flight number BA095 from London Heathrow to Montreal.Appearing at Uxbridge Magistrates' Court today, Kumar did not enter a plea.

A BA flight like this one was heading to Montreal 
Kumar, who was dressed smartly in a white blouse and striped blazer, was bailed to appear at Isleworth Crown Court next month.
If convicted she faces a fine or up to two years imprisonment.
