Not Maradona, not Messi, this is the best footballer in history for Alexis!


The Chilean, who recently became the all-time top goalscorer of his national team, was asked who he thought was the best player in the history of football.
Alexis Sanchez revealed in an interview for Arsenal TV that the player he admires most is former Brazilian striker Ronaldo Nazario, saying 'Il Fenomeno' is the best player to grace the game.
'Il Fenomeno, the '9'. Ronaldo, the Brazilian, for me he is the best footballer of all time. That is my opinion. For me he is the best', he explained.
The Chilean is not the first to choose the Brazilian ace as his favourite player. Zlatan Ibrahimovic also expressed his unconditional love for Ronaldo. His pace and, especially, his innate ability inside the box make the former Barca, Inter and Madrid star hard to forget.
